14th Annual General Meeting of Dhaka Insurance Limited was held on Thursday, the 26th June,2014 at10.30 a.m. at Institution of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh, IDEB Bhaban,160/A Kakrail, Dhaka-1000. Mr. Fazlur Rahman,Ex. Chairman of the Company presided over the Annual General Meeting. Director Mr. Biswjit Saha, Mr. Rayhan Uddin, Mr.M.Mofizul Islam, Independent Director Mr.Sushil Kumar Basak FCA & Golam Sarwar, Managing Director Mr. A.Q.M. Wazed Ali, Advisor Mr. A.S.M. Abdul Halim, Dy. Managing Director (F&A) & Company Secretary (C.C.) Mr. Md. Abul Hashim and large number of shareholders were present in the meeting. In the Annual General Meeting it was unanimously approved 20% cash dividend for the year ended 31st December, 2013 to the honorable shareholders.
